Partner share transaction

ABG Sundal Collier has today sold 370,000 shares to a
partner on a forward contract with settlement 1 June
2016 at NOK 3.95 per share
ABGSC owns 4,031,674 treasury shares following the
transaction. The company has forward contracts with
partners purchasing a total of 56,882,171 shares with
settlement in 2013 - 2016. ABGSC has authorization to
re-purchase its shares in the market or to issue new
shares.
