Active Biotech fulfills important milestone for the SAIK-MS project

The clinical Phase 1 study on Active Biotech's SAIK-MS compound, ABR-
215062 in healthy volunteers and MS patients is concluded.

The study has successfully reached its clinical endpoint, and has

At Active Biotech AB´s Annual General Meeting Sven Andréasson, Mats
Arnhög, Maria Borelius, Svend Holst-Nielsen, Mats Pettersson, Peter

Active Biotech in collaboration with Aventis Pasteur MSD regarding
distribution and marketing of vaccines in Sweden

Active Biotech AB, through its subsidiary SBL Vaccin AB, and Aventis
Pasteur MSD announce that they will initiate a collaboration regarding
marketing and distribution of vaccines, and will now start a close
collaboration on the Swedish market.

Invitation to Annual General Meeting of Shareholders

The Board of Directors of Active Biotech AB (publ) has today issued a
notification of the Annual General Meeting, which is to take place at
17.00 on 29 March 2001 at the Scandic Star Hotel, Glimmervägen 5, in Lund.
The notification is published in today's editions of Sydsvenskan, Svenska
Dagbladet and Post- och Inrikes Tidningar.
