Addnode Group acquires software company Forsler & Stjerna

Stockholm, June 29, 2017. Addnode Group has acquired the Swedish software company Forsler & Stjerna and strengthens its position as a leading provider of solutions in public administration and traffic planning. The company has 13 employees and has a turnover of approximately SEK 20 M.

Forsler & Stjerna has 27 years of experience in software development in public transport. The company has, among other things, developed the REBUS planning system, which today is used by Sweden's 21 regional public transport companies.

Forsler & Stjerna is therefore an important acquisition for us, as the company provides Addnode Group with profound expertise and modern system solutions in public transport. Completion will take place on July 1, 2017 and the company will be part of Addnode Group's Process Management business area.
