Stockholm 15 December 2016. Addnode Group acquires the remaining shares in the partly owned company behind Kompanion and will thereby strengthen its offer in e-health and welfare.

Kompanion is a SaaS-based planning tool that helps home care services to plan and organize their work. The solution is used by a large number of municipalities and private companies to optimize operations, improve quality of care and optimize travel and environmental impact.

- Kompanion is a strategic piece of the puzzle in our continued investment in innovative IT solutions for a sustainable welfare society. The company already has a key position in our delivery of a new IT system for planning and monitoring in the area of welfare to the City of Gothenburg, says Andreas Wikholm, head of business area Process Management.

Addnode Group already owns 37 percent of the shares in the company Projektstyrning Prima AB who owns Kompanion. The acquisition of the remaining 63 percent of the shares in the company will occur on 2 January 2017. The acquisition is expected to have a marginally positive impact on the Addnode Group's earnings per share. Projektstyrning Prima AB's turnover is approximately SEK 20 million and the company is a part of Addnode Group's business area Process Management.
