Addtech acquires Dovitech A/S

Addtech Components, a business area in the Addtech Group, has today signed an agreement to acquire all shares outstanding in Dovitech A/S.

Dovitech delivers inductive special solutions as well as electromechanical- and automation products. The business is focused mainly on alternative energy and general industrial OEM.

Dovitech will very effectively complement Addtech's current operations in the business area Addtech Components. The Company has 5 employees and sales of around DKK 80 million.

The closing is estimated to take effect in the beginning of April 2017 and to have a marginally positive effect on Addtech’s earnings per share during the next financial year.
