Addtech acquires Duelco A/S

Addtech Energy, a business area in the Addtech Group, has today signed an agreement to acquire all shares outstanding in Duelco A/S.

Duelco is a well established supplier of products for electrical distribution to customers in installation, industry, electric power supply, wind power and railway.

The company supplies trading products as well as own products. Duelco has strong positions within the product segments cable attachment, cable entry systems, office solutions, ward panels, machine safety and equipment cabinets for signaling systems.

Duelco will complement Addtech’s current operations in the business unit Energy Products. The Company has 30 employees and sales of around 110 MDKK.

The closing is estimated to take effect during July 2018 and is expected to have a marginally positive effect on Addtech’s earnings per share during the current financial year.
