Prospectus for AddLife now public

At the Extraordinary General Meeting on 9 March 2016, the shareholders of Addtech AB (publ) (“Addtech”) resolved to distribute Addtech’s shares in AddLife AB (publ) (”AddLife”) to the shareholders of Addtech. The record date for the right to receive distribution was 11 March 2016.

The prospectus for the listing of AddLife’s Class B shares on Nasdaq Stockholm and the share issue with preferential rights for existing shareholders in AddLife has been approved and registered by the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority. The prospectus is available on AddLife’s website, www.add.life, as well as on Handelsbanken’s website, www.handelsbanken.se/investeringserbjudande.
