ADEY Professional Heating Solutions has launched a new industry formula range of premium chemicals for the central heating sector.

The UK’s leading magnetic filtration pioneers have created the first chemicals designed specifically for use with its range of award-winning MagnaClean® filters to enhance the level of maintenance and protection for central heating systems.

The first system inhibitor on the market to be accredited as Energy Saving Trust (EST) Recommended, ADEY’s new MC1 Protector is proven to provide 50% more effective corrosion control than the standard set by BuildCert on all metals tested including aluminium.

ADEY has also introduced the MC3 Cleaner, a fast acting and powerful chemical cleaner developed to work in conjunction with ADEY’s acclaimed MagnaCleanse flushing process, with which it’s possible to complete a system cleanse in just two hours.

The new-look chemicals are not only extremely effective, they are also safe for the environment, fully biodegradable and non-toxic.

The launch follows extensive research and development including successful field tests with a major national contractor. The chemicals also meet the requirements of the Benchmark scheme, the industry recognised code of practice for the installation and servicing of central heating systems in accordance with Building Regulations.

ADEY Managing Director, Kelvin Stevens, says: “As the UK’s No.1 supplier of magnetic filtration for maintaining and protecting central heating systems, the decision to strengthen our product offering with chemicals is a totally natural progression for the company.

“It’s another incredibly exciting development for ADEY. The new MC1 and MC3 chemicals are the product of extensive industry knowledge, research and testing and offer something new for the professional installer and the industry as a whole. They’ve been developed specifically to work extremely effectively with our magnetic filter range increasing the levels of protection for central heating systems.

“The new chemical formulas introduce a premium brand to the market and another dimension in water treatment that works perfectly with our market leading range of magnetic filters.”

ADEY’s new chemicals are available from major merchants.
