Cederquist advisor to the sellers in connection with the sale of MittMedia

Cederquist represented the sellers in the share sale of MittMedia to Bonnier and Amedia.

Mittmedia is the owner of a number of local newspapers and printers and is one of the largest media groups in Sweden. Today the MittMedia group consists of 20 websites, 28 morning newspapers, apps, free newspapers, radio, mail advertising, a digital agency and a printing business. The group had a turnover of 1.9 BSEK in 2018 and has approximately 1,100 employees. The transaction is subject to customary regulatory approvals.
