AF Group will not take over the shares in Mesta Entreprenør

AF Group (AFG) signed a Letter of Intent with Mesta Group AS 24. April 
2012 with the purpose to take over the shares in Mesta Entreprenør 
AS. The parties have not been able to agree on the underlying values 
in Mesta Entreprenør. The AF Group will not take over the shares in 
Mesta Entreprenør AS and the negotiations have been terminated.

- Our review of Mesta Entreprenør AS has shown that AF Group and 
Mesta have very differing views of the values in the company. We will 
take this into consideration and terminate further negotiations, says 
Pål Egil Rønn, CEO of the AF Group.
