Mandatory notification of trade

Primary insiders in AF Gruppen ASA (AFG) have today 
sold a total of 360,000 shares in the company to 
existing shareholders in AF Gruppen ASA.

Related party to primary insider and member of the 
board in AF Gruppen ASA, Carl Henrik Eriksen, OBOS 
Forretningsbygg AS has bought 160,000 shares. New 
shareholding for OBOS Forretningsbygg AS is 
21,322,075 shares.

Related party to primary insider and chairman of the 
board in AF Gruppen ASA, Tore Thorstensen, ØMF 
Holding AS has bought 90,000 shares. Thorstensen is 
chairman of the board in ØMF Holding AS. New 
shareholding for ØMF Holding AS including ØMF Invest 
AS' shareholding is 11,841,977 shares.

Related party to primary insider and chairman of the 
board in AF Gruppen ASA, Tore Thorstensen, KB Gruppen 
Kongsvinger AS has bought 20,000 shares. Thorstensen 
is general manager in KB Gruppen Kongsvinger AS. New 
shareholding for KB Gruppen Kongsvinger AS is 236,564 
shares.

In addition, Constructio AS has bought 90,000 shares.

All abovementioned transactions were carried out at a 
share price of NOK 58.50 per share.

Central primary insiders sell parts of their 
shareholdings in order to pay taxes and loans. The 
relevant persons will still hold considerable stakes 
in the company.
