AF Gruppen ASA (AFG) purchased 3,116 own shares on
June 28, 2012. The shares were purchased at an
average price of NOK 50.00 per share. After the
transactions AF Gruppen holds 99,431 own shares.
The shares were purchased for the company's share
purchase program for employees.
