AF Gruppen ASA (AFG) purchased 11,000 own shares on
August 27, 2012. The shares were purchased at an
average price of NOK 58.27 per share. After the
transactions AF Gruppen holds 106,308 own shares.
The shares were purchased for the company's share
purchase program for employees.
