Purchase of own shares

AF Gruppen ASA (AFG) purchased 30,000 own shares on
August 29, 2012. The shares were purchased at an
average price of NOK 57.25 per share. After the
transactions AF Gruppen holds 171,308 own shares.
The shares were purchased for the company's share
purchase program for employees.
