AF Gruppen ASA (AFG) purchased 50,000 own shares on
September 3, 2012. The shares were purchased at an
average price of NOK 57.23 per share. After the
transactions AF Gruppen holds 281,308 own shares.
The shares were purchased for the company's share
purchase program for employees.
