AF Gruppen ASA (AFG) purchased 4,553 own shares on
January 10, 2013. The shares were purchased at an
average price of NOK 57.25 per share. After the
transactions AF Gruppen holds 43,940 own shares.
The shares were purchased for the company's share
purchase program for employees.
