Acta Kapitalforvaltning AS (AKF), a subsidiary of Agasti Holding ASA (Agasti), has entered into settlement agreements with a group of plaintiffs in Sweden who has raised lawsuits against the company following the bankruptcy of Lehman Brothers in 2008.

The settlements include some of the lawsuits with the highest risk against AKF in the wake of the bankruptcy of Lehman Brothers, and Agasti is satisfied that these issues now have been resolved. The agreements are in line with Agasti Group's stated strategy related to the wind up of old business. In connection with the presentation of the interim results for the third quarter on November 4, 2014, Agasti will provide an update on the strategy related to the wind up of all old business.

The details of the settlements are concerning the individual plaintiff's financial situation and can not be commented on further.

The settlements mean that Agasti Group's profit for the fourth quarter 2014 will be charged with approximately NOK 4.5 million.
