Agromino: Major Shareholder Announcement
Agromino A/S hereby pursuant to Section 30 of the Danish Capital Markets Act announces receipt of the following notifications:
Mr. Petr Krogman, on 25 January 2018, acquired through the company Mabon investiční fond s proměnným základním kapitálem a.s. (hereinafter also „Mabon“, Czech Identification Number: 28904681, registered in the Commercial Register maintained by the Municipal Court in Prague, section B, insert file No. 15302) additional 2,186,294 shares in Agromino A/S and now indirectly holds 5,149,987 shares and voting rights in Agromino A/S, corresponding to 29.56% of the total share capital and of the total voting rights of Agromino A/S.
Mr. Petr Krogman owns and controls Mabon that is the direct owner of the shares.
Mr. Per-Arne Åhlgren, on 25 January 2018, acquired additionally 746,851 shares in Agromino A/S and now indirectly through GoMobile Nu AB (Swedish reg. no. 556588-3427) holds 2,934,838 shares and voting rights in Agromino A/S, corresponding to 16.85% of the total share capital and of the total voting rights of Agromino A/S. Mr. Per-Arne Åhlgren owns and controls GoMobile Nu AB that is the direct owner of the shares.
Following the sale of shares in Agromino A/S on 25 January 2018 Mr. Johannes Gustaf Bertorp now holds less than 5% of the total share capital and of the total voting rights of Agromino A/S.
Following the sale of shares via Försäkringsaktiebolaget Avanza Pension (Swedish organization number 516401-6775) and ALB Finansrådgivning AB (Swedish organization number 556365-1164) in Agromino A/S on 25 January 2018 Mr. Arne Lennart Björhn now indirectly via Försäkringsaktiebolaget Avanza Pension and ALB Finansrådgivning AB holds less than 5% of the total share capital and of the total voting rights of Agromino A/S.
Mr. Arne Lennart Björhn is a policyholder in Försäkringsaktiebolaget Avanza Pension (Swedish organization number 516401-6775) and controls ALB Finansrådgivning AB (Swedish organization number 556365-1164).
Following the sale of shares on 25 January 2018 Mr. Mats Håkan Nilsson no longer holds any shares or voting rights in Agromino A/S.
