The meeting of the creditors of the restructuring „Agrowill Group“, AB

The meeting of the creditors of the restructuring Agrowill Group AB (company
code  126264360)  will take place on February 15, 2013 at 9 a.m. 

The meeting will take place at the conference room of the hotel „Europa City
Vilnius“, Jasinskio st. 14, Vilnius. 

The registration of creditors begins at 8.30 a.m.

Agenda of the Meeting:

1. Approval of the project of amendments of the Restructuring plan.

The Restructuring plan will be amended in respect that some of the information,
given in the company’s restructuring plan, is updated as well as that the
company aspires to specify the procedure for disposing the assets since the
current procedures are not flexible enough for efficient managament of the
assets. 

The documents possessed by the Company related to the agenda of the Meeting,
including draft resolutions, will be available for the creditors at the 
headquarters of Agrowill Group AB, Smolensko st. 10, Vilnius, Lithuania  or on
the Company's website at www.agrowill.lt in terms set by law.
