Munksjö Oyj: Change in the holding of Ahlstrom Corporation

MUNKSJÖ OYJ, STOCK EXCHANGE RELEASE 9 January 2014 at 4.20 pm CET

Munksjö Oyj has today received an announcement referred to in Chapter 9, Section 5 of the Finnish Securities Markets Act. According to the announcement, the direct holding of Ahlstrom Corporation in Munksjö has today decreased and fallen below the threshold of 15 per cent.

According to the announcement, the direct holding of Ahlstrom Corporation (Finnish Business Identity Code 1670043-1) has decreased to 6 767 220 shares, corresponding to 13.25 per cent of Munksjö's shares and voting rights.

Munksjö Oyj's registered share capital is EUR 15 000 000 and it consists of 51 061 581 shares. All shares carry equal voting rights.
