Munksjö Oyj: Vimpu Intressenter Ab’s holding in Munksjö has exceeded 5 per cent

STOCK EXCHANGE RELEASE, 21 November, 2013 at 9.30 am CET

Munksjö Oyj has on 21 November, 2013 received an announcement referred to in Chapter 9, Section 5 of the Securities Markets Act, according to which Vimpu Intressenter Ab’s holding in Munksjö has exceeded the threshold of 5 per cent on 20 November, 2013.

According to the announcement, the indirect holding of Virala Oy Ab (Finnish Business Identity Code 0147485-7) has increased to 1 974 635 shares, corresponding to 5.09 per cent of Munksjö's shares and voting rights. According to the announcement, Vimpu Intressenter Ab is a wholly owned subsidiary of Atine Group Oy and Atine Group Oy is a wholly owned subsidiary of Virala Oy Ab.

Munksjö Oyj's registered share capital is EUR 15 000 000 and it consists of 38 769 590 shares. All shares carry equal voting rights.
