Final result of written procedure regarding the earlyredemption of bonds in Akademibokhandeln

Akademibokhandeln Holding AB (publ) (“ Akademibokhandeln ” or the “ Issuer ”), a subsidiary of Volati AB (publ), today announces that the written procedure initiated on 13 November 2017 with respect to approval of amendments of the terms and conditions of the Issuer’s senior secured floating rate bonds due 2021 (ISIN: SE0009690084) (the “ Bonds ”), has been concluded.
The majority requirement was not met and the Bonds will therefore remain outstanding in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Bonds. In the tender offer, SEK 192 million was tendered and the outstanding nominal amount of Bonds not held by Akademibokhandeln or an affiliate to Akademibokhandeln is SEK 308 million.
Further, Akademibokhandeln announces its interest to purchase Bonds, on the market or in any other way, at an initial cash purchase price not higher than 106.80 per cent of the nominal amount of each Bond (in addition to accrued and unpaid interest). The purchase price included in Akademibokhandeln’s purchase interest is intended to be adjusted towards 103.00 percent on a linear basis until 10 March 2019. The described purchase interest shall not constitute a tender offer of Bonds and any decision to purchase Bonds shall always be at the discretion of Akademibokhandeln.
