Akelius acquires 76 apartments in London

One of the properties, Delta Court, comprises 38 apartments and is located in Cricklewood, North West London. The surrounding area is part of a £ 4 billion master plan to create a new town centre which will create 27,000 new jobs. The second property, comprising 38 apartments is in a prime location on St Quintin Avenue in North Kensington. 

As a result the company now owns 1,441 apartments in London.
