Leif O Høegh, who is a non-executive director of Aker ASA, has through Aequitas
AS, a company indirectly controlled by him, purchased 45 000 shares in Aker ASA
at NOK 154.4 per share.
Following this purchase Leif O Høegh directly and indirectly controls 75 000
shares.
