AKBM 01 PRO -change of debtor

Reference is made to stock exchange notice of January 
15 regarding the consummation of the merger between 
Aker BioMarine ASA ("AKBM") and Aker Seafoods Holding 
AS ("AKSH"). The consummation of the merger was 
registered in the Norwegian Register of Business 
Enterprises after close of trading on the Oslo Stock 
Exchange yesterday and all of AKBM's assets, rights 
and obligations were transferred to AKSH. At the same 
time AKSH changed its name to Aker BioMarine AS. Aker 
BioMarine AS is therefore from the same point in time 
the new borrower and debtor for the bond loan ISIN NO 
001 0369689 FRN Aker BioMarine ASA Callable Bond 
Issue 2007/2010.
