Transocean Norway Drilling AS announces redemption of outstanding bonds with Ticker AKD03 and AKD04

STAVANGER, NORWAY -Transocean Norway Drilling AS (AKD03/AKD04) today announced
that it has called all of its issued and outstanding bonds under each of the
11% Senior Unsecured Callable Bond Issues (2011/2016) with ISIN NO 001059938.4
and the FRN Senior Unsecured Callable Bond Issues (2011/2016) with ISIN NO
001059940.0 with NOK 559,500,000 and NOK 940,000,000 being the principal amount
of the respective outstanding bonds.

The redemption price is equal to 104.5% of the principal amount plus accrued and
unpaid interest. Settlement of the bonds will be made on 6 March 2013.
