has been cleared by the Financial Supervisory Authority 


The Financial Supervisory Authority has on 28.4.2009 agreed not to object to
the transfer of Aktia Bank plc's shares in Aktia Life Insurance Ltd to Aktia
plc as announced in Aktia Bank plc's stock exchange release of 8.4.2009.
