Fibertex Nonwovens increasing ownership interest in Fibertex Nonwovens S.A. to
96.54%

Fibertex Nonwovens A/S has acquired an additional 91,180 shares in its French
subsidiary Fibertex Nonwovens S.A., equal to 6.86% of the shares in that
company, at a price of EUR 34 per share. 

Fibertex Nonwovens S.A. (formerly Tharreau Industries S.A.) is listed on NYSE
Euronext Paris (Eurolist Compartiment C). Following the acquisition, Fibertex
Nonwovens A/S has a 96.54% ownership interest in the company. 

Fibertex Nonwovens S.A. is already fully consolidated in Schouw & Co.'s
financial statements, and the transaction will have no effect on the
consolidated revenue and EBIT guidance for 2012.
