NorInvent AB will be transferred to AktieTorget´s observation list

On March 15, 2018, NorInvent AB published the press release ”Förlorad dokumentation från grundarens forskning”. After an overall assessment of the published information by the company AktieTorget has find that circumstances exist that results in substantial uncertainty regarding NorInvent AB’s current operations, its financial position and its capacity to provide information to the market. Due to the circumstances, AktieTorget has decided that the shares in NorInvent AB will be traded on AktieTorget’s observation list from today 29 March, 2018.
