Resumed trading and continued trading on AktieTorget´s observation list in ADONnews Sweden AB´s share

With reference to the press release from the company today March 16th 2018 AktieTorget has decided that the trading in ADONnews Sweden AB´s share shall be resumed on Monday, March 19th 2018 at 09.00 am CET.

The trading in ADONnews Sweden AB´s share has been traded on the observation list since February 28th 2018. The reason for that is stated in AktieTorget´s press release from February 28th 2018.

Due to continued uncertainty regarding the company´s future funding and since AktieTorget does not consider the company to meet the listing requirements, AktieTorget has decided that the trading in the ADONnews Sweden AB´s share shall proceed to be traded on AktieTorget´s observation list.

AktieTorget will continuously evaluate if there are prerequisites to resume the trading on the ordinary list.
