Trading halt in Norinvent AB’s share

AktieTorget has today March 15th, 2018, decided to halt the trading in the shares of Norinvent AB.

The reason for the trading halt is that the Company shall disclose extensive information and the investors need time to absorb the information.

The Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority has been notified and in accordance with Chapter 22, section 1 of the Securities Markets Act (2007:528) decided that this trading halt shall remain.
