("Wellington Management") on behalf of its client
accounts, purchased 29,566 of shares in Algeta ASA.
After the transaction, clients managed by Wellington
Managemnt being consolidated under the Securities
Trading Act Section 2-5, hold on a consolidated basis
2,144,994 votes and shares in Algeta ASA. No
individual client holds 5% or more of the votes and
shares in Algeta ASA
After the transaction, Wellington Management is
authorised to vote for 2,144,994 shares in Algeta
