Allgon has completed a bond issue of SEK 275 million

Allgon AB (publ) (”Allgon” or the ”Company”) has successfully completed a bond issue of SEK 275 million directed to Swedish and international qualified investors. The bond has a maturity of four years with a floating interest rate of STIBOR 3M+6.75 per cent with quarterly payments. The total framework amount for the bond loan is SEK 500 million.  

On 23 May 2018, the Company announced its intention to carry out a bond issue of SEK 275 million and also announced that ABG Sundal Collier had been engaged to act as Sole Bookrunner. The bond issue of SEK 275 million has today been completed and was successfully placed with Swedish and international qualified investors. The proceeds from the bond issue will be used to partially finance the acquisition of all shares in Tele-Radio International Holding AB (“Tele Radio”) announced on 4 May 2018. The acquisition will be carried out at a purchase price of SEK 350 million on a debt and cash free basis with a possible additional purchase price of up to a maximum of SEK 50 million and is conditional of the Company receiving sufficient funding. 

The bond loan in summary

The total framework amount of the bond loan is SEK 500 million, which allows future issues under the bond loan of no more than SEK 225 million. The bond has a maturity of four years with a floating interest rate of STIBOR 3M + 6.75 per cent and is to be repaid June 2022. The nominal amount per bond and minimum investment is SEK 2 million. The issue date is set to 7 June 2018. The Company intends to apply the bond loan of SEK 275 million within 60 days for listing on the Nasdaq Stockholm Corporate Bond List and will prepare a prospectus accordingly.
