MaxMail allows travel agents to market travel insurance to their customers with a single click
Allianz Global Assistance USA has launched a new free tool for travel agents to market travel insurance to their customers. Travel agents using the company’s award-winning “AgentMax” software can now use the “MaxMail” function to send clients a reminder about purchasing travel insurance with just a single click. MaxMail reminders are co-branded for the travel agent or agency and the product offering can be customized to best meet the customer’s needs. The agent can also decide when an email or series of emails will be sent, coinciding with the client’s decision making process.
The AgentMax software program is designed to help travel agents access and present Allianz Travel Insurance quickly and easily and includes the ability to email, print and save quotes and confirmations. It also offers a simple way to modify or cancel a policy directly from AgentMax, onscreen plan comparisons and robust reporting and administrative features, including the ability to customize the product display.
