Invitation to press and analyst conference regarding Ambea’s agreement to acquire Aleris care operations

In conjunction with Ambea’s acquisition of Aleris care operations, which was announce on 16 October 2018, a combined press and analyst conference will be held in English the same day at 10:00 a.m. CET. The conference will be held at Ambea’s headquarters with availability to participate via telephone or webcast.

Ambea’s CEO Fredrik Gren and CFO Daniel Warnholtz will present the acquisition and respond to questions. The presentation material will be available from 09:00 a.m. on 16 October at www.ambea.com
