Ambu appoints new Chief Financial Officer

Michael Højgaard, born in 1964 is appointed Chief Financial Officer (CFO) with
the overall responsibility for global finance, IT and Investor Relations. 

Michael Højgaard has considerable experience with acquisitions and integration
of companies, and he will contribute significantly to Ambu’s continued positive
development and globalization. Michael Højgaard will be a member of Ambu’s
Executive Management Team (EMT). 

Michael Højgaard takes up the position on the 10th of January 2013.

Ambu’s CFO  Anders Arvai will look for new challenges outside Ambu and we would
like to thank him for his dedicated, loyal and qualified contribution for many
years.
