Mansfield, TX — Video from a Mansfield Independent School District (ISD) School Bus Stop Arm Pilot Program illustrates the problem of illegal stop arm running.  The videos are just a few examples from the nearly 50 stop arm running violations captured during Mansfield ISDs two month pilot program.
