GOOGLE HANDPICKS ANICCA DIGITAL FOR EXCLUSIVE ELEVATOR PROGRAMME
A Leicester digital marketing agency has been handpicked by Google for its Elevator programme after being ranked as one of the UK’s leading AdWords agencies.
Google Partner Anicca Digital, based on King Street, is one of 30 high potential agencies in the country and the only one from Leicester city taking part in the three-day initiative, which helps businesses fast-track their growth plans through a series of strategic planning workshops.
The search engine giant originally invited 250 UK agencies to apply for the exclusive programme before selecting its top 30 based on high performance in their respective fields and the ability to demonstrate potential growth.
The programme is headed up by tutor and strategic consultant Robert Craven of the Directors’ Centre, whose role is to guide the director of each handpicked agency through three practical workshops and assist them with producing a strategic growth plan.
Each director will use an established and tested blueprint in order to develop their own KPI and milestones, which is then implemented with their in-house management teams.

“Despite this successful track record, we have very ambitious targets to further grow Anicca into one of the leading e-commerce marketing agencies in the UK. This would mean expanding to employ an additional 30 technical staff over the next three years and therefore increasing our team from 20 to 50. Planning to grow a small business this quickly has a number of challenges, however with the help of the Elevator programme our management team has started the process of putting our KPI and milestones in place in order to achieve this growth.
