Terms for Livescribe payment now agreed

Lund, 30 January 2009 – The previously announced negotiation with Livescribe concerning an unpaid amount of 2.5 MUSD that became due December 31, 2008 has now been agreed. Anoto Group AB receives 3600 pen order from UK

Lund, 8th of January 2009 – Today, Anoto Group announced an order of
3600 pens for the UK market for immediate delivery. The pens will be used as part of a contract in the government sector awarded to a consortium involving Anoto partners, inphoActive and PaperIQ. Up to 1,000 additional pens will be required as part of the 3-year contract.

Anoto’s subsidiary for video technology and ASIC development, Logipard, has signed a new contract with a global manufacturer of mobile phone platforms.

The contract concerns development of IP blocks for mobile phones and is estimated to generate NRE revenues of approximately 7 MSEK during 2009, as well as future royalty. The royalty payments are estimated to start late 2010.
