Anyksciai, Lithuania, 2012-08-03 14:19 CEST (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- On 3 August
2012 the new wording of the Articles of Association of Anyksciu vynas AB was
registered with the Register of Legal Persons of the Republic of Lithuania on
(attached), and the authorised capital of the company was reduced from LTL
37,000,000 to LTL 20,000,000.
