Industri-Matematik International to Transfer to The Nasdaq SmallCap Market MT. LAUREL, New Jersey - November 22, 2002 - Industri-Matematik International Corp. (Nasdaq: IMIC) - the Order Company - today announced that it received notice that Nasdaq will transfer the listing of Industri-Matematik's Common Stock from The Nasdaq National Market to The Nasdaq SmallCap Market for failure to comply with Marketplace Rule 4450(a)(5), which requires a minimum bid price per share of $1. Industri- Matematik's Common Stock will be transferred to The Nasdaq SmallCap Market at the opening of business on November 22, 2002, and will continue to trade under the symbol IMIC. By transferring to The Nasdaq SmallCap Market, Industri-Matematik may be afforded an extended grace period in which to satisfy the minimum bid price requirement, potentially until June 6, 2003, provided that it meets other applicable listing criteria.
