Changes in the total number of shares and votes in Arcam

After the completion of the rights issue, the number of shares and votes in Arcam Aktiebolag (publ) ("Arcam") increased by 4,109,286 in November 2017.

Arcam announced by press release on November 16, 2017 that the rights issue, for which the subscription period ended on November 9, 2017, was fully subscribed and 4,109,286 new ordinary shares were issued. Today, the last trading day of the month, the total number of shares and votes in Arcam amounts to 24,855,871, where 24,655,871 comprise of ordinary shares and 200,000 comprise of preference shares of series C. Following the rights issue, the share capital increased by approximately SEK 4,109,286 and amounts to SEK 24,855,873.
