Arise is planning a refinancing of bond loan 2012/2015

In March 2012, Arise AB (publ) issued a three-year senior and unsecured bond of SEK 350 million (ISIN: SE0004518769). Under the terms of the bond, maturing on 23 March 2015, there is an opportunity for early voluntary redemption. The company plans to exercise this right in connection with a refinancing of the bond by issuing a new bond in the Nordic bond market and has appointed ABG Sundal Collier and Swedbank to investigate the possibilities and conditions for such refinancing. Holders of the bonds are requested to contact ABG Sundal Collier or Swedbank for further information.

The planned new bond issue will be labelled as “green”. DNV GL has provided a Second Party Opinion, based on the Green Bond Principles. Although the proceeds are not traceable to specific projects, the bond is assessed as in line with the spirit behind the Green Bond Principles (GBP), which is to “enable capital-raising and investment for new and existing projects with environmental benefits”. Arise is a company whose sole purpose is to develop and own wind farms and as such is dedicated to the realization of environmental benefits, through low-carbon electricity.
