Increase of the total number of shares and votes in Arise Windpower AB (publ)

Since an issue in kind has been made in Arise Windpower AB (publ) ("Arise Windpower") in accordance with press release on 6 October 2011 and 1,574,500 new shares have been registered with the Swedish Companies Registration Office on 6 October 2011, the total number of shares and votes in Arise Windpower has increased to:
33,428,070 shares, representing 33,428,070 votes.
