AS Ekspress Grupp: Change in group structure

Tallinn, Eesti, 2013-01-25 12:09 CET (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- 

AS Ekspress Grupp signed an agreement according to which it acquired the book
publishing company OÜ Hea Lugu from the subsidiary AS Eesti Ajalehed. After
this transaction all subsidiaries in periodicals segment are directly owned by
the parent company. The transaction does not affect daily activities of the
newspaper or book publishing companies.
