Aspiro's new share issue completed

Aspiro's new share issue completed The previously announced new share issue with preferential rights for stockholders in Aspiro has now been completed. Existing stockholders subscribed for about 94 percent of the shares while the remaining six percent were subscribed for by a guarantee consortium under the management of Hagströmer & Qviberg Fondkommission. The new share issue provides Aspiro with SEK 70 million after issue expenses.
