Aspiro signs agreement with 3 in Denmark

Aspiro has signed an agreement with Danish operator 3, where Aspiro for initially two years shall supply a total solution for downloading of music services to mobile phones. Since January 2003, Aspiro has a similar agreement with Swedish operator 3.

Aspiro supplies social entertainment services, within the areas community, music and games, to young active mobile phone users. Recently, Aspiro signed an agreement with the 3G operator 3 in Denmark. The agreement, which initially runs over a two-year period covers a total music download solution and is similar to the agreement that Aspiro signed with Swedish operator 3 in January this year. Aspiro will supply the technical solution as well as hundreds of polyphonic ring tones based on the latest music charts including the Danish top chart. The content will be continuously updated also including the latest produced ring tones and most downloaded ring tones from Aspiro’s portfolio. The agreement between Aspiro and 3 Denmark is based on a revenue share model with an additional guaranteed amount per month for hosting of the technical solution.
