In its organization meeting held today, the Board of Directors of Aspocomp
Group Plc re-elected Tuomo Lähdesmäki as Chairman of the Board and Johan
Hammarén as Vice Chairman. 

Board committees were not established as the Board only comprises three (3)
members.
