On February 9, 2018, Attila Fransen acquired 500 shares of Atea ASA at an average price of NOK 115.07. Attila Fransen is the Finance Director of Atea Sweden.  Following the transaction, Attila Fransen holds 2,000 shares in Atea ASA and 10,000 options in Atea ASA.
