System Integration ApS is indirectly owned and controlled by Ib Kunøe, primary insider and the Chairman of the Board of Atea ASA. Following the transaction, Ib Kunøe and close associates hold 27,069,348 shares in Atea ASA, representing 25.1 % of the share capital.
